How Secure is my Online Order?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be fulfilled and shipped out. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
If the product is defective or damaged. We give you 5 days to send it back to us. Ravi-bySteph does not offer refunds of any kind, ONLY STORE CREDIT. You must ship it back at your own expense and please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a STORE CREDIT
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once the order is placed we are unable to make any changes to it. You may submit a request to cancel your order, however, once your request has been fulfilled by our team we cannot cancel your order.
I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at email@example.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping option you have selected. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days within the US.

Absolutely! We are here to help you make your home beautiful! Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails, If you wish to get a prompt response please attach your order number and address the problem clearly, thanks.
What if I receive a defective item?
If you believe your item may have been sent to you damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damage/defect
- A full length photo of the image
- A photo of the attached Ravi-bySteph logo and label
If you're reaching out about potential damage/defects in your item(s) after 30 days from your purchase date, the item(s) will be considered “wear and tear” and will not be eligible for evaluation.
